"Seize the Night"  is an ongoing series of  award winning images that I began in 2020,  showcasing the wonders of the night sky.  The heavens inspire my imagination as a portal into its natural forces, not only grounding but  also protecting humanity.  I strive to capture its celestial qualities while embracing the earthly connections to which I am deeply rooted, having spent my life close to the fields and prairies of Kansas and Oklahoma.

In my work I hope to capture your imagination and wonder, encouraging you to escape the cacophony of city lights and seek the darkest of night’s skies, lit only by the stars, the moon, and galaxies beyond. Remember how, as mere humans, we are but a spec in this universe - we all see the same sky, regardless of who or where we are.
